Biking in and around Negombo With Inna :)

Biking in Negombo is pretty crazy if you are a foreigner! People always stare you down! Or "hoot" at you..or scream something to you!
But it is still so much fun..to bike to the beach or just to a quiet spot somewhere under a tree..:)

Unfortunately, there are times when some people do more than just scream..but also try to run you over..yes i've experienced it...

My friend Inna(above-right) is my biking buddy! We recently found a quiet spot where we could lay on a blanket ,under a tree and just chill..it took us sometime..but atlast we did find a "spot"!

Our usual route includes us passing two cemeteries..and we both have phobias of dead people,cemeteries and coffins!!! We take that route to avoid going on the main road..where we once was almost killed!!

haha! We are so red! From all the biking..just got to the beach :)

The Girl Effect

I just got back from the beautiful negombo beach..
Yeah..i know they are all crapy pictures...

I went there to meet a few friends that i have'nt met in a long time..and a few others that i didnt know..these friends of mine lost touch with me when i went to another school...its so ironic and sad that because of misunderstanding we lost almost 5 years of friendship..












We just talked and laughed about random things and i really had a good time...
though there may have been moments when i felt left out..yeah i missed them..

well..my mind is totally blank right now...

its summer and im stuck at home..when other people are trotting around the world or partying on a beach somewhere...
